Throughout the whole exhibition unit I took it upon myself to document everything that needed to be done by the whole promotions and marketing team, not just me and Jeanette. With my notes I was able to keep on track. Like this I made sure to remind others what they needed to hand in ... well as much as possible at least. I couldn't run after everyone, at the end of the day it's their responsibility but it's group work so...! Thankfully me and Jeanette did a good job with scheduling our tasks and all was done well, handed in on time and kept to schedule.
Contacting Press?
Jeanette and myself tried to contact magazines, tv shows and radio shows to mention the happening of Leave a Mark, maybe even have us over for a quick chat! Unfortunately no feedback so far. I am also awaiting reply for Charles and Ron, but at this point it's just ridiculous! They had ample time to hand over the needed material since they couldn't make it to the shoots. I will e-mail one last time and go forward from there!
