Endorsement Campaign Timetable

Once creatives started responding, I started to schedule everyone. I tried to hold most photoshoots after eachother on the same day so as not to waste time and to get this campaign out of the way as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it was not that easy as trying to find a timeslot and day when everyone could come was quite impossible!

All this was done with the help and constant cooperation of Ms. Stephanie, our photography lecturer at MCAST. Thanks to her I managed to schedule everyone on several different days! As advised by her I tried to stick to certain days where the creatives and students will have a time slot to come over and have their photo taken! The sooner it was the better as the photography room needed to cleared as it forms part of the exhibition space.

Nonetheless I tried to fill up the time with students coming in to the photography studio to have their photos taken. Me and Jeanette went round and contacted via facebook, people from each course to spread the word to their friends in their course to come and have their photos taken.
